Shipping and return policies for Doll Factory

Shipping Info
Please allow an average of two weeks for domestic and international shipping of physical items. Most items will be shipped via USPS "Media Mail", but may also be shipped by other carriers such as UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Please let us know at sales@dollfactory.org If it's been more than two weeks and you haven't received an item you ordered.
Return Policy
Returns / exchanges for damaged or defective items only (for example, an item with a manufacturing defect, or an item that was damaged in shipping). Please contact the band via email at sales@dollfactory.org if you receive a damaged or defective item to make arrangements for return and exchange for a replacement item. Refunds will be issued only in cases where an exact replacement item is not available (for example, a limited-run physical CD or t-shirt that is sold out).
